Jason, Aly, Zoe & Kai come to visit

Just when Elena was starting to get the hang of our home routine, our friends Jason and Aly came by, with Zoe and Kai in tow. What a commotion! Zoe and Kai immediately went to work disassemblying our living room. Luckily we didn't have too many delicate things lying around (other than the shelf of Yuko's pottery creations, which thankfully didn't interest them), but clearly this was a glimpse of days to come. We'll have to do some serious baby-proofing once Elena starts crawling!


Mom & dad always put me down in this hi-lo chair when they think I've fallen asleep. Nice try.













But I prefer sleeping on a bed, especially if one of them sleep with me. Looks like these two collapsed after a good feeding, judging from the stain on the sheet.















There's Jason & Kai -- so nice of them to come visit before heading back to San Francisco.













Zo-zo is searching for the next thing to throw across the room -- hmm, that kaleidoscope looks just right.
