Put 'em up!

Elena is getting more and more active these days. She's vocalizing a lot more, stringing together various different sounds. She flails her arms and legs about frequently. She doesn't like to be cradled anymore; she likes to be held on your shoulder, so she can look around.

But the funniest thing she's gotten in the habit of doing is holding up her left fist, in almost a defiant manner. Not quite sure what she thinks she's doing . . .

Sieg Heil! Hmmm, perhaps early signs of troubling political leanings . . . nah.

最近、左こぶしを空高く突き上げるポーズをよくしている。なんだろう、これは・・・。ベッドに寝てても、ハイローチェアに寝てても、左手挙手。お風呂から出ても、着替えが終わっても、左手挙手。おもしろいのでずっと見ていると、そのうち、そのこぶしをチュクチュク吸い始め、時々むせてはまた吸い、５分後くらいにはくかーっと寝ちゃいます。
